This is my second month using this product and I love it. I truly see a huge difference when working out in the gym.

I've been taking this product for the last few weeks and I can't say I've noticed any positive changes. I also haven't had any negative side effects though either which is something since I'm very sensitive to most things.

Absolutely useless. No changes in labs drawn after 30 days. Not effective. There are far more effective products than this scam.

This is a great "men's health" supplement. Each 2 capsule serving provides 675mg KSM-66 ashwagandha, 320mg saw palmetto, 200mg fenugreek extract, and 10mg boron citrate.The ashwagandha, fenugreek extract, and boron are all great ingredients for promoting healthy testosterone levels. I've taken KSM-66 for a long time, and the clinical studies are really interesting. 675mg is a good dose, and more than the 600mg/day that is generally used in research.The 10mg boron is also good, with dosages of 4-8mg shown to support testosterone levels in research.The saw palmetto is more for prostate support and possibly hair growth. I personally would prefer it not present, but it's fine and the 320mg isn't a huge amount and unlikely to cause issues.Overall - great all-in-one supplement of ashwagandha extract, boron, fenugreek, and saw palmetto. I divide it into two daily doses of 1 capsule each.

I saw this Alpha Gold Male supplement and wanted to give it a try.Each bottle of Alpha Gold Male contains 60 capsules. You take two capsules per serving, making it a 60 day supply. The size of the capsules are on the medium to larger side, but still fairly easy to swallow with water (see image for reference). I personally prefer capsules over tablets.The formulation is made up of Ashwagandha, Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek Seed and Boron Citrate. I like that the formulation is Non GMO and packaged and formulated in the U.S.The manufacturer claims that the formulation will help support healthyT levels, increase lean muscle mass and strength, boost energy levels, support overall male vitality and support weight management to mention a few.It is hard to tell if the product is working as my overall health is good. I also consume other energy boosting products to keep me going throughout the day. However, I haven’t seen a noticeable difference in sustained energy levels or other benefits after having taken the product for nearly 30 days.Overall I think this is a quality product. Given the price point, number of servings, formulation and capsule form, I would say that it’s an ok value.

This bottle comes with 60 pills, & the instructions say you need to take 2 pills per day. That means 1 bottle lasts only 30 days. The price for that isn't very good. My husband's labs haven't changed, no increase in T after 30 days. He also still gets up to urinate during the night. which this was supposed to help. He says that he also doesn't notice a difference in his energy levels. Due to this, I would try a different product next time, especially due to the price of this.

I would say that this is more than a longevity product than a Libido/test boost supplement as there's not many dedicated ingredients in here specifically for that purpose. While the raw ingredients in here do support those things, they don't target it specifically. I always took Ashwsganda outside of this supplement, so I knew what I was getting from that specifically. The rest of the ingredients are quality of life things, such as brain health, t-levels from the saw palmetto and fenugreek. I still believe the product is overpriced for the raw ingredients provided. Would be a decent buy if purchased on sale!

This supplement has been a solid addition to my routine. I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy levels since I started taking it, and it seems to support my overall health well. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any stomach discomfort. It's good to have a product specifically targeted for men's health, and I feel it's made a difference. Highly recommend for those looking for a reliable energy and health supplement.
