I haven’t been taking them long enough to know if they are making a difference but the information provided says some of them at least are absorbed in the intestines, which is terrific as many brands are apparently absorbed only in the stomach. They were delivered quickly and well packaged. Hopefully they are working well.

This probiotic changed my whole life. It says it survives stomach acid and I think that is the difference. For 10 years after an antibiotic I was taking my weight exploded above my control. Simply taking this once per day for the past 5 months, I lost a little but of swelling every day until I began to recognize myself again under all of the miserable weight that had been haunting me for years. The brand has tons of options as well. One pill per day curves my appetite and I get energy. I have opened the pill and placed it on my gums and teeth in the morning, no flavor at all, but the result was waking up easier with a burst of energy. Lactobacillus Salivarius is an awesome probiotic to have in your body. I'm happy. Thank you for this awesome product.
