I absolutely love this coffee machine. You have the option for pods, grounds, or over iced. The machine is very fast brewing and simple to use. It's about the size of a regular 12 cup machine so it fits just about anywhere. Their customer service is amazing. They're so friendly and really resolve and issues as quickly as possible.

Excellent coffee maker! I got this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. Super easy to set up and works great. He really loves the versatility of this machine and how easy it is to clean. It’s also very lightweight and easy to move around. He’s been using it everyday for about two months and it works just as good as the day we opened it, it doesn’t leak either which is nice. Overall great buy and would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a compact coffee maker that offers multiple options. The only con is that it is a bit loud but all coffee makers are so it’s really not an issue.

Overall, it makes a good cup of coffee. I like that it has an extra large coffee strainer. This is one of the main reasons why I purchased it. It also has a boldness button which can be set to standard or stronger. I also like that I can select a cup size.I don't really care about the over ice button. I didn't purchase it for that. I purchased it for all the other reasons stated above. Needless to say, but I haven't tried that option.I read reviews where the drip tray is made from plastic and the reflective chrome colored coating peals off. Well, they must have made an upgrade to it because it is now 2 piece, and the top is made from some sort of coated stamped steel. Refer to picture number 2 in the ones I uploaded with this review.Like other reviewers said, its size is off. It overfills by 2oz. That goes for any size you select. This isn't an issue for me because I just select a size 2oz smaller than I actually want. I didn't take any stars away for this because it is consistently off. If its fill amount fluctuated with every cup, I would have returned it. It consistently overfills by an extra 2oz. It's off, but it's consistently off.If you remove the drip tray it will fit up to a 6.5" tall tumbler. It fits my Daily Wire Leftist Tears Tumbler.Only time will tell how long it lasts. I'll update if it dies after a few months.

Know this right away, this coffee maker is very small. Compact for sure. So far it works great. The temperature of the coffee is nice and hot. The only thing I wish was different is that it would accommodate wider coffee mugs. My husband's favorite mug doesn't go all the way back but it still catches the coffee being brewed. Taller, narrower coffee mugs are perfect for this coffee maker. It's attractive, quick in heating up and making coffee, and can definitely fit in a very small space. The reservoir is in the back but it's easy to lift straight up and out and refill and placed back into its slot. No big bells and whistles on this coffee maker. No clock, no on/off timer, nothing fancy. But it's very attractive. And it's simple and straightforward. I like the " bold" option. It does not only the K-Cups but you can also fill the provided capsule insert with fresh coffee grounds and make your own K-Cups!

This machine is awesome! It has a water storage tank and so many size options. The coffee comes out very hot or you can brew a cup to make iced coffee. We'll worth the money!

this is a good coffee maker for both cups and ground coffee. small and saves space, quieter than other coffee makers i had. the only note i would say it doesn't fit bigger cups easy, and not all travel mugs fit.

Got a great deal on this coffee maker, and it’s been a perfect addition to my desk at work—it fits right in without looking out of place. It offers multiple cup size options and gives you the flexibility to use either K-Cups or your own ground coffee.The water tank is easy to remove and refill, which is a nice touch. It’s clearly designed for personal use, so after a few cups you’ll need to top off the tank—but for solo coffee breaks, it’s just right.

It seems like a good coffeemaker. When the water tank is filled, I can make 4-5 cups of 12 oz coffee without refilling it. I wish it had a low water warning. When I make a 10 oz cup of coffee, it fills the cup like it’s 12 oz so I have to spill some out. I have not tried ground coffee yet just k cups. When you set the amount of coffee you want it starts dispensing the coffee automatically in a few seconds. No other button to push beside the on/pff button and the size you want to make. The machine itself is made ok, feels kind of cheap but seems ok so far. Coffee is hot no issues with that. It came with a little brush, kcup holder and adopter for coffee grounds. There is no filter in this machine nor does it need one. The drip tray can be removed for larger cups up to 12oz cups. Out of 1-10 I’d rate this an 7.I’m picky about my coffee. If there is any update on the machine, I’ll edit my review.
