Do these have matching dinner napkins?

Not, sure. I wasn’t I happy how the placemats were made (threads undone), so kept the order but won’t order from there again (they were nothing like the picture).

Are those placemats stick to the table or slide when you eat?

They don't stick to the table but with plates and food on them they don't slide either

Are these machine washable?

Do you mean in the washer? Probably not. They ended up being much thinner than I thought and I would be concerned that they would fall apart if you tried to put them in the washer, so I have not tried it. You can easily wipe them down with a sponge though and hand wash if you need to.
