Tigrett ARC Rail Adapter for Helmets - Compatible with Ops-Core, FAST, ACH, MICH, AMP Arms, Howard Leight Earmuffs

Only wore it for around 4 hours so far continuously, build quality seems sturdy, nothing appears or feels flimsy out of the box, putting on the cups or putting on the helmet, the only thing to be mindful is cable routing.I run the wire around the backside of the helmet and it seems to be enough to stow the earpro on the backside of the helmet sweeping upward. A helmet cover would hide the wire just fine, or secured under a velcro piece over top. Fits the Howard Leight Impact Sport pegs on the lower end so if you do fracture the split section taking off the original headband, it will not be an issue that high up.The springs feel strong and secure, definitely not weak, but not too much pressure on the sides of my head like it's trying to crush my skull, get some gel cups for sure.An older review mentions the arm covering the volume knob, the arms at current do NOT cover it, it is very easily accessed. I ordered a black model and spray painted it to match my earpro and helmet both and it takes the usual camo spray paint just fine, didnt require any prep at all, just spray it and send it after about 15 minutes to dry.10/10, definitely would put it on another helmet, I recommend it to my friends and I'm writing this because of how many reviews I see for Walkers on this model, but barely anything exists for the Impact Sports.

The Tigrett rail adapter works well with my Walker Razor earpro. I highly recommend watching the online video that they provide BEFORE starting anything because it makes installation so much easier. I was in a hotel room on the way to a hog hunt when I set this up and once I watched the video it took about 10 minutes for the whole process. It also answers a bunch of the questions and comments that I read on the site, including "what's with the bag of parts" etc.The adapter is of high quality plastic, seems robust and worked well once on my Wendy helmet. I do find that the adapter is not "locked" into place once on the helmet and does move around when the helmet is off, but once on the head it seems to remain in place. I haven't spent the time to double check to make sure I put the ARC rail adapter on properly but will do so in the future now that I have returned from the hunt. We did two three hour night hunts with full gear, NV and thermal sites so having the ability to quickly set my earpro in place was a huge asset.I was told to order a different companies adapter but once reading reviews I decided on the Tigrett and am happy.Is it robust enough for serious "operator wannabees" no. For hunting and target shooting and probably even light tactical training it fits the bill. The packaging is top notch and the extra pieces are appreciated as loosing one of the washers you are supposed to put on the Walker to fit the adapter better on the hotel carpet caused a moment of panic.I recommend this product, the only reason for not 5 stars is the movement once on helmet, if I can figure out how to make is seem more "anchored" then it will earn the extra star.

Would purchase another set, if I had not acquired the Peltor 100 for my bump helmet. Easy to assemble and connect to the ultra slim Electronic Walker Razor muffs

Plastic construction. Feels relatively solid, however the metal retaining clip that locks the ear cup in snapped out upon installing. (This could have been my fault.)The major killer for me was that the mount blocks the little volume adjustment wheel on the side of the Howard Leights. This wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t have a 4hr auto shutoff to save the battery in the headset. I had to use a knife to cycle the knob on and off in the middle of a multi day Milsim. Definitely dremel that out if you have the means.Overall (TLDR)They work well enough.They fit really snug on the head, almost so you don’t have to buckle your helmet.They’re comfortable over long periods once adjusted.HOWEVER:They are a little overpriced for the mounting quality.They will need modifications to access your volume control. (See above)And they will not seal perfectly around your ears without gel ear cups. Buy those.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These adapters were perfect to mount my Walker’s Razors. Install was quick with all the supplied parts. I encountered zero issues during installation and they mounted perfectly to the arc rail on the helmet. 💯 would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Did not come with instructions or what the extra parts are for. Says it can be used on different types of helmets with different rail systems. Went to the website and there was no help there.
