Smells gross and tastes gross but seems to help with sugar levels.

So before I begin, some background, this is not the first apple vinegar supplement I have tried. I even have tried the original idea of drinking apple cider vinegar water.So the pills are bigger than I expected them to be. I thought they would be about the size of the iron supplement pills which are really small. But these are pretty big in comparison. Which if you don't mind swallowing biggish pills isn't a problem. However mind you thats it recommend that you drink 2-3 of these which ends up being the equivalent of swallowing an omega or multi-women vitamin pill in size. (Once again not bad if you don't mind the size)However they have the same smell and taste as if one was drinking the actual thing. Which absolutely sucks since I've tried other products where this wasn't a problem. Heck one of the previous products even tasted so good that it was tempting to almost eat it like candy. This is not the case here. It wouldn't be so bad in the long run if these had faster or better results as said tasty ones I've had before, but it works practically the same as the other ones.That being said, they do work as there meant to work. And a plus side is that you do get more per bottle for a fair price with these than the others I have tried. But I think I'll stick to others one just cause of the taste.

This is the only way to get my husband to take ACV, I do believe it helps regulate your system.

Works as described

I prefer these capsules over the liquid version. They have a very faint taste of just regular pill flavor, nothing nasty. Theres a good amount in the bottle too. I’m not entirely convinced these worked well for me though. I couldn’t notice any differences.
