Easy to use & actually WORKED
I've been buying stuffs on Amazon for over 15 years, and this is my first-ever review because I want other amateur grafters/gardeners like me to feel the joy of having successful grafts. I paid full price for the purchases so this review is not influenced in anyway by the seller. After so many failed attempts (100% fail rate) at using plastic/Saran wrap to cover the grafts as seen on Youtube how-to videos, I finally came across a video with parafilm tape. My success rate now is about 70%, and most of the grafts that didn't take appeared to be poor technique on my part (branches didn't exactly match up in size, dirty/contaminated cutting tools causing fungal rots...). Attached picture is my current grapefruit tree with 5 different varies of grapefruits/pomelo and also 4 mature grafts of Meyer lemon and Tahitian lime on the same tree.I wrap 5-6 layers at the graft point but use only 1-2 layer for the rest of the branch being grafted. The tape at the 1-2 layer portion will disintegrate after 6-7 weeks (I live in Hawaii - lots of sun in the summer). The thicker-wrapped part will disintegrate eventually, I assume, but I was not patient enough to wait to find out so I just peeled them off once the buds appeared stable. There were a couple grafts where the 5-6 layers part started to stretch/break because of the expanding growth at the graft. Was very happy with the first roll and am now half-way through my second roll.Bottom line: good and effective product for grafting, even the beginners like me.

Works wonders for repairing broken plants
I don't do much grafting of plants, but one day I accidentally broke a a main stem on a miniature tomato that had a multitude of ripening tomatoes. It broke at a junction of stems, and most of the upper portion of the plant as well as the tomatoes would be lost. I propped it up as best I could and ordered this grafting tape that came very quickly. I wrapped the break and propped it with a stake to give it added support. I also noticed that another long branch was bent but not broken. I wrapped the broken stem and also splinted and wrapped the bent branch. After wrapping the stems and supporting them, the plant reminded me of a civil war veteran.Within a two weeks, the break and the bent branch healed, and none of the tomatoes were lost. The leaves above the break remained healthy, and the plant is growing fine. I suppose I could have cut off the broken part of the plant and it would have regrown, but I would have lost quite a few ripening tomatoes. What I found so interesting was that the main stem of a plant can heal if it is properly splinted - much like human bones. This grafting tape is something I will definitely keep on hand.UPDATE 0816/19:After a couple of weeks, I took the "bandages" and splints off my tomato plant branches and they were completely healed. This plant is now thriving and producing tomatoes again.UPDATE 09/24/19:I recently had another case that a large branch of one of my tomato plants bent under the weight of the tomatoes it was supporting. By using this tape to support the branch, the branch healed and the tomatoes it held ripened. This tape has proven to be very useful and helpful to save broken branches on my tomato plants.I have been using this tape for accidental breaks on a few of my indoor plants for about 1 1/2 years. At this point, I wouldn't be without it. It is so very interesting that plants heal if the break is joined and taped for a couple of weeks. This must be done shortly after the break so the break doesn't dry and heal over. I have used this method for both soft stemmed and woody plants. Since the branches of some plants such as sage, pineapple sage, bush tomatoes and some basil plant and easily snap, it's nice to know the branch can be reconnected and healed without losing it.UPDATE 11/13/20:I have been using this tape for almost 2 years, and, at this point, I wouldn't want to be without it. In addition to repairing branches of cherry tomato plants that snapped under the weight of tomatoes, I have also repaired large branches on a large green sage plant, pineapple sage, and other plants that branches easily snap under any pressure. As mentioned above, it is important to "bandage" the branch soon after it is broken so the ends of the break don't heal over.Honestly, plants never cease to amaze me. The fact that broken branches can be reconnected and healed in much the same manner as a broken bone, is so very incredible.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Works well for grafting
This works well for grafting. It is not as fancy as buddy tape but it does the job.

Easy to use!
I had never used this tape before. Was recommended by my gardening group to propagate fig cuttings. It is very stretchable and clings to itself. New growth from the cutting can easily penetrate the film. As you can see from the picture

For agar plates
Stretches nicely. It's real parafilm. 1" is the perfect size for sealing agar plates. It keeps bad stuff out, water in, and lets in fresh oxygen. It adheres tightly once stretched to size. If it is overstretched it will become brittle and crack. Not a big deal. But you will lose some of its functionality.

Must-have for grafting
My grafting success significantly increased after using this product. I live in the tropics and this product is very durable despite the seller noting that it degrades in sunlight
