I thought that this would be like all of the other "Ear Hole" pillows that I've tried and even made by my family members- but its way better.This pillow is perfect as is, or on top of another pillow for the height you want. It has a zippered opening and has Poly Cotton type of filler which is removable, to make it less firm or you could put a little bit more if you wanted a firmer pillow.I have used it 2 nights in a row so far and I like it-my ear fits into the cutout and there is a shoulder curve, which I wish was a bit deeper but is do able. I put it into a pillowcase, and enjoy the no more pressure on my tender ears.

This is exactly the invention I've been looking for since I got new cartlidge piercings. I am happy that this product exists, but I do wish this particular product was bigger. It is small and I have to place it on top of my normal pillow. I am a restless sleeper, so it does help but being that it has to go on top of my other pillow it sometimes moves in my sleep. Not crazy about the material which has caused me to have some acne. But really hoping this will help my ears be able to heal better!

I am a side sleeper who often wakes with ear pain as if circulation to my ear has been cut off. I was hopeful this pillow with open area for my ear would eliminate that problem. Sadly, it did not work for me because of several issues. The pillow arrived folded in half and even after washing/drying, plumping, and attempting to move the stuffing around, the middle section where you lay remains severely wrinkled which, in turn, causes creases/wrinkles in my skin when laying on it for any length of time. Also, the small 4-inch zipper is on the curved side where you place your neck. The zipper should be on one of the ends so it doesn't cause discomfort. The stuffing is not contained in a separate inner case so you have to wash/dry the entire pillow each time rather than just removing and washing an outer case. The pillow is small so a standard pillowcase is much too large. The cotton/poly stuffing is firm/hard when compressed under your head and does not have the springy comfortable bounce like shredded foam or typical bed pillow fillings. I found it very uncomfortable for sleeping but acceptable if just using for short periods of time as a headrest or backrest while watching television or reading.

I got this pillow because I planned on getting my first cartilage piercing (Helix Piercing). I got the piercing this weekend and the pillow is perfect for sleeping on while not touching the ear. It's thick and firm enough to support my head and neck. The hole is large enough for my ear to easily fit in.

I got this because I have a new helix piercing and can't lay on that side without it hurting. This pillow works pretty well when I put it on top of a flatter pillow because it will bump you up higher than normal. You can adjust this pillow to take out some stuffing. It's very soft. There's just something about it that makes my jaw hurt a bit and I'm not sure why, but overall I can fall asleep when I use it but end up moving again because of how my jaw and neck start to feel. I like that it's bigger and has a curve in it. That is much better than the perfect circle ones, I can't use those to sleep at all.

This pillow is super soft and comfortable. I like that you can adjust the amount of stuffing. It's a nice size and is comfortable. I really like it.

The pillow is very nice for a side sleeper. The covering is very soft. I would like it to be firmer and thicker. The center hole works well. I use it to nap on the couch, it is very nice that my earring was not poking me during my nap!

Its a nice donut pillow. It comes vacuum packed and it fluffs up after washing as instructed. If it is too tall, filling can be removed via the zipper.
