I have used up bottle #1. I have been dealing with tough issues. After a month of using the Sam-E gummies, I found myself humming. I haven't hummed in months. The weather has been gray and overcast. Great taste & effective

I've taken 400 mg of Sam e for years. Sometimes it feels like it's working, a lot of the time it doesn't feel like it is. I ordered this maximum dosage to use instead and I cannot believe what a great change it has been.
