I bought this baking powder for my home baking projects, and overall, I’m happy with it. It gives a nice rise to cakes, muffins, and pancakes, and the results are consistently fluffy and light. The quality seems good, and it blends easily without leaving any clumps in the batter. However, I wish the packaging was more secure — the lid doesn’t seal as tightly as I’d like, so I have to transfer it to an airtight container to keep it fresh. The price is reasonable, and it lasts a long time. Overall, a reliable baking essential for everyday recipes!

This is my favorite brand of Baking Powder and I love how it performs in my Aunt's Cornbread Recipe passed down through generations.

I had to buy this from Amazon as I live in rural area. Local two stores did not carry this brand.It has always been my “go to”. Actually the price at Amazon was better than the last time I purchased it. It does not have the aluminum in it like cheap brands.

I feared not having aluminum it wouldn't work well. I shouldn't have feared, it works great. I use it in gluten free recipes aswell without issue. Makes good pancakes.
