Good supplement
I bought this for my brother he weighs at 65kg and 188cm height. He looks very lean and he also have an active Lifestyle goes to gym everyday. He added this to his protien shake the difference within a week is 0.7kg which is not that huge as he is already on a bulking diet but still this has a difference on the body weight.
