Made of durable and water resistant 500D Cordura material, the Dragon Egg Mk2 Backpack from Direct Action is a new generation EDC hydration backpack, perfect for police, military, security personnel as well as hunting, hiking or trekking. The pack comes with a hydration bladder compartment, dedicated laptop storage compartment, admin pocket with multiple inner sleeves and pockets, comfortably padded shoulder straps with added chest fastening for extra comfort, and removable hip belt with quick release buckle. Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS compatible system and number of a lateral compression straps allow for high level of customization and flexibility, while multiple storage compartments offer great amount of carrying space. Additionally, thanks to the egg shape, the pack has smaller height and width then other packs with similar capacity and makes it more comfortable with belt kits or ballistic vests.

**Q: Does the backpack come with a warranty? Got it in Oct/Nov 2015, used less than 15 times, and the shoulder strap seems to be coming apart.**
A: I'm not sure about the warranty.  They are a good company.  I'm sure they'll fix it.  You must have got an oddball.  I have 2 of them.  One I use for. Coyote Hunting, the other for EDC.  They're very well made and have been worth every penny.  One of my favorite packs.  If you're looking for the "BEST" I'd suggest a Kifaru.  They make excellent packs for everything.  Spendy though.  Best of luck.

**Q: Do you need to include the sleeve when installing a camelback, or is the egg mk ii compartment sufficient to just install the reservoir?  thanks**
A: There are two compartment options for the Camelback bladder. Both would be sufficient without a separate sleeve. I use the separate back compartment since it has a large padded sleeve, padded on all side, and it's in a pocket by itself without any other objects poking it. Hope that helps.

A: Not bullet proof but its durable bag..

**Q: Is the adaptive green color similar to foliage green or closer to a khaki color?**
A: It’s more of a foliage or OD green vs khaki .hope this help.

Excellent backpack, got spade for everything I need and more. Wonderful quality in terms of stitching and fabric and everything is where you expect it to be. Superbly packaged by Military 1st as well which is always nice.
