Blood sugar
These taste great I am a diabetic and not suppose to eat pasta but I find i can eat these and enjoy them as they do not raise my blood sugar . A little pricy but worth it.

I rarely make pasta and I’ve been on a sourdough kick so I wanted to see if they actually had sourdough pasta. I ordered it and made it in a simple dish tonight and it came out awesome. It has that slight tangy sourdough taste and it’s a perfect al dente if you cook it for nine minutes. Honestly, it doesn’t over stuffed you because it’s gut healthy and made with actual sourdough starter. I will be only using this pasta from now on

Enjoyed the pasta
Due to a gluten intolerance I avoid pasta because it gives me joint pain. I was able to digest this pasta much better than regular pasta. I will order again.

Too sour for me
I really really wanted to love this pasta ... I am Italian and love this brand.Unfortunately I found it too sour (sourdough, duh!) ..... I make sourdough bread myself but I just didn't like it with pasta.
