I really like this notebook as a journal. I like to write my thoughts down by hand and the pages in this 11 disc bound notebook stay in place when you move your hand along the page. There is plenty of room for diagrams, notes, etc. You can get refills, but it comes with 75 pages, so I'm waiting to see how long before I need the refills!

Great value for the price compared to Staples Arc. Good quality.

I really do love this book. Just sad when I got it the disc ring was broken. Because I really needed it I just been using it still. It still works even though one is missing.

Once I bought the Aluminum discs, it is perfect. The plastic discs were too small and made using it difficult.

I ordered this Refillable 11 Disc Discbound Notebook - Letter Size, 75 Sheets, Narrow Ruled PU Leather Vegan PU cover. Cause I’m a writer and I’m always looking for more notebooks. I love high end and well-designed office products, and I was curious to try this new brand I had not heard of before.To begin with, I was delighted to discover that this notebook is compatible with the Levenger Circa punch I purchased years ago. Levenger specializes in high-end, luxury office and book products, and their disc system was the first I ever saw. It’s since been copied by Staples and others. I was very happy that this was compatible with Circa, as I have a number of Circa products, including the hole punch that allows you to use your own paper, as opposed to buying it pre-punched.In fact, this notebook reminds me a great deal of the ones Levenger sells. This is made of vegan leather, not leather, but I actually like that, the vegan leather looks and feels a lot like the real thing and it is a more sustainable choice.There is a lot of attention to detail in this notebook. The stitching is tight and even. The front cover has different sized pockets to hold business cards or sheets of loose paper. The back cover has a pen loop. Someone put thought into the design and thought about how this would be used.I love the Circa and other disc systems because they allow me to combine different sized papers and cards into one single notebook. This notebook does the same thing. It comes filled with standard letter sized paper. But if I want to add a smaller piece of paper, I just put it in the disc puncher I have, then put it in the notebook.I write fairy tale fantasy novels, and I find it useful to use papers of different colors and sizes when editing. I might overlay a half or one-third size sheet in a different color over a manuscript page so that I can put my notes with the MS. I might make a note to myself about a character, or a plot line on a colored index card, and slot that in front of the appropriate page. I like organizing, I like using different colors for different drafts, and the disc system allows me to combine different materials into one binder in a way the average 3-hole binder doesn’t make easy. The paper included is thick and smooth to write on. Each sheets has a broken line at the top, a longer line and a short one. This would be useful for title and date, or any other way you want to organize your notes. The rest of the page is college-rule equivalent. Both sides of the page are identical.The discs are plastic. They are sturdy and should last well.I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this notebook. It looks very professional and high end. This is on a par with other high end office supplies I have used and collected over the years. However, the price is much friendlier! At only $21, this is a very nice bargain. I’ve seen similar notebooks cost between $100-200, and sometimes more.I put this right next to one of my more expensive notebooks that use a disc system, and this one looked just as nice. Lovely styling, lots of thought in the design, a little bit of luxury at a bargain price.Black vegan leather notebook uses a disc system to hold paper. Comes with 75 sheets of prepunched paper.
