This thing is awesome
For $169.99 this thing HITS! It may not have Dolby Atmos, but if you setup the speakers correctly and alter the sound settings on your TV as they recommend, then you should be very happy like I was.Currently using it with my Nvidia shield and 75” TV, watching my Seahawks beating the Denver Broncos using the preset Sport settings and it sounds likeI’m at the damn game!!!!! Lovin’ it! Makes me kind of curious as to what other goodies this company makes?

Awesome Sound!
I love all the choices on the different settings - movie, sports, voice, Music, Game and night. It really is a great system for the price! I would recommend it.

Not what it seems, but not necessarily bad.
I ended up returning this, primarily because it isn't a actually a multi-channel surround sound system, despite being advertised as "7.1". Ultimea says it's a "7.1ch Surround Sound System" with the caveat "Not compatible with Dolby Audio/Atmos". Now, normally that would be fine, because there are surround sound specifications besides Dolby (DTS and PCM, for instance). But what they mean isn't "This doesn't support Dolby", it's "This doesn't support surround sound". What this system does instead is take a stereo (2 channel) input and up-channel it over its 7 speakers. Now, this isn't necessarily a bad thing. If you're like me and you watch a lot of Youtube, then a lot of your content is probably only stereo to begin with. And this system, to its credit, does a good job of widening the sound a creating an "audio bubble". But it's still not surround sound as the vast majority of people are going to understand it, and even tossing "virtual" in the listing title doesn't really tell the story of what this product actually is.All of that said, this is a well-made product and it's probably a good choice for some people. I would gladly pay an extra $100-150 for an upgraded model of this with proper multi-channel support and a larger subwoofer. Some slightly bigger speakers to improve the bass crossover frequency would be a huge plus as well, because as it stands some bassier voices get pushed off onto the subwoofer, which can be distracting.Ultimea, despite being a company with little name recognition in the US, seems to know what they're doing with budget speakers. There's just some things that need to be corrected before this particular product is something that I would recommend.

Soundbar
Would not connect with my tv. I had two different people to try to connect it and pair it with my Sony tv and nobody was able to connect them

Not true 5.1 Surround Sound?
I’ve run several 5.1 surround sound speaker tests and found there’s not much separation between the speaker channels. The biggest issue appears to be with the rear right and left channels. When sending a test tone to the rear channels, most of the tone comes from the front channels. Not sure if this can be fixed with a firmware update or just inherent part of the system. I’m running the latest v50 firmware and the systems is connected via eArc.Guess I shouldn’t ask for much from a sub-$200 system. If the issue can’t be resolved they’ll have to go back.
