These are the best heat pads to help loosen up a stiff neck. If I get a stiff neck, I’ll put one on, sometimes overnight and it will feel unlocked and loosened the next day. I do wish they stuck on better. My only gripe is that they can fall off easily while sleeping so I sometimes try to secure it with athletic tape. I still give it 5 stars because they have helped my neck to get to a place where I can stretch and massage it.

These thermal wraps work great for me, especially the neck wraps. I have neck and spine issues. The neck issues really interfere with my life and are pretty uncomfortable. These wraps help me work through the muscular pain; they ease the discomfort enough so that I am not forced to take any medication. I've tried others, but I prefer these over any other patches. Also, these do not have any odor.

A requirement in our family. The Thermo brand has a soothing heat that really works. They are not cheap in the grocery stores, and apparently people have discovered them because my store always seems to be sold out. Well worth your investment.

I think they are excellent. I suffer from migraines and constant shoulder pain. They are very helpful. They relax tense muscles and help me sleep.

These heat wraps are great. They have a good amount of warmth and last a long time. The adhesive also works well so they stay pit all day. Highly recommended.

the tape tabs feel like it good glue/sticky, but for me it took a few minutes before I got it to stick and stay at least a little , because as I moved the tape tab for come off. it is warm, but not hot. Not sure it will work on my sore neck. they just don't stay stuck on me at all. For the add saying can wear hor hours, no way. I have to sit still and keep moving it because of the tabs not sticking it moves anytime I do.
