I cannot even begin to really do this justice by saying it is WONDERFUL! It is my first cast iron anything, but I would buy again in a heartbeat (even though this feels like it will last forever). It has a great seal for the top/bottom when cooking. It is super easy to clean down. The heat is always even along the bottom of my loaves. The handles are a great size without fear of dropping it when it is flaming hot. Side note- I bought long silicone heat protective gloves (a first for me as well) since the pot is pretty heavy and I need to really reach in and out of the stove. This is a ME problem, not a product problem. I’d definitely suggest getting those though too. But again the product is so perfect and I would recommend anyone buy it if you are on the fence!

Awesome cast iron pot. The color is vibrant and it is the perfect size to bake in. Super easy to clean. Heavy but still light enough to remove from the oven easily. Good value for the quality

I love this Dutch oven. It is perfect for making my sourdough bread. Love the color as well since the bottom is shallow it’s much easier to get bread out.

Gave this as a gift to my daughter for baking sourdough bread. She loves it and uses it multiple times a week over the last six months. The enamel has held up and it produces evenly baked bread plus the price was right.
