I was a little skeptical at first but after reading some reviews and coupled with the fact that we had few options I decided to give them a try. I am very happy with not only the performance but also the ease of installation and would highly recommend these units to anyone with a challenging service expansion.

These are my 3rd set of radios. The first set died in a thunderstorm. There was NO MENTION from the company about having a conductive and GROUNDED mounting pole. PVC -- not good! The second set arrived, as best as I can tell DOA. I installed them and nothing. I followed the procedures specified with my phone. It failed, I was never allowed to enter anything. It did display what was pre-loaded, what was EXACTLY what I would have put in. Again, no joy. The third pair are working fine, so far.I applied to Amazon for a return. It was granted. Amazon said to put the label from email on the boh and take it to a UPS pickup, where would no charge. Also in the email was a sheet of instructions from the vendor.It defined strict rules, among them the return had to be POSTMARKED. Humm. Without a return authorization number, I would be SOL. NOWHERE did the instructions offer even a clue where to get the required number. Also, my refund "may be subject to restocking and shipping fees." ??? I might also mention that the price has dropped in less than a month.

Plugged it in, got power to it, and it worked. Flawlessly.

Exactly what we needed!

I don't get it. The units are supposed to be pre-configured, but you get no login information to check the config! The default ubnt/ubnt login has been changed and I can't access the devices. I've tried the app as well as the web ui. I CAN'T GET INTO THE DEVICE! Are you kidding me? Avoid this pre-configured garbage and save some money. I love the Ubiquiti stuff, but we need to be able to access the devices!Also, STOP WITH THE 24V POE! Use the standard so we can eliminate the injectors! There's no reason to use 24v on this stuff.
