My partner with ADHD says it helps him to go to sleep and not wake up during the night. I personally have some weird thing going on that I can’t take supplements in capsules, they make me sick - and I tried this one and was same, tho that must be a “me” problem, I experience that with pretty much every supplement in this form.

Previously just used only Elemental Magnesium, which i felt doesn't work. I take other medications as I have health issues affecting energy production and I always wake up tired unable to get out of bed and sluggish through the day. However, two weeks after starting on this, I wake up and go. I have more energy through the day. I understand that as we get older, our body's capacity to handle Magnesium drops. Process wise, its a kicker - very expensive!

I bought it because of the Magnesium L-Threonate, but I didn't notice any effect. Personally, I don't recommend it; it's not worth overpaying.
