Best battery charger by far OPUS BT-C3100
I have had this charger for over a year now. I own 10 different battery chargers, and this one is the best by far. The main difference with the charger with other so called smart chargers is you are in full control of the charging current. For example if I charge 1 aaa battery I can choose 200mah which is a safe current for this battery. the current will remain the same no matter what. I have a Nitcore smart charger. If I charge 4 aaa batterys the default current is 375mah The problem is if I remove 2 battery,s .The current jumps to 750mah for the remaining battery,s which will fry them unless you choose the low charge rate. The Opus can charge aaa or aa at 200-300-500 or700mah. The nitecore only has high or low. The OPUS can discharge a fully charged battery and show you the true total capacity . I have charged and discharged one battery claiming to be 1250 mah when in fact it was less than 600 mah. Another big difference is the Opus has a powerful fan which comes on if the temperature gets to high so the battery,s never get hot. The Nitecore is a good charger but the OPUS is better.
