Absolute banger of a paste, Genuine article, hard to find in supermarkets nowadays. Would never use anything else for strength of flavour.5 star product.

Why did you choose this product over others?:nice balance of heat from chillies and ginger with some umame depth. Good that its not got MSG. When I smeared it on my plums, however, there was a touch of sting but didnt overide the tingling sensation. Very pleasant but left Fernandos satin sheets looking like a hamster had been slaughtered but, oh how we laughed. Will definately buy again
