Why did you choose this product over others?:If you like a green and red curry - these are much better than the use once jars that you get in the supermaket - and are also very spicy. I find I can leave them in the fridge opened without issue for months. Just add coconut milk and meat & veggies of choice. Yum.

Very tasty. Both superb, with many portions. For the same spice level, the red isn’t as salty as the green.Took a while to arrive, but it was a bank holiday weekend, and travelling to Shetland

Tried the red curry paste. It works well and gives very good and authentic taste. Reasonably hot so amount used needs to be adjusted to how hot you want it. But great taste

Why did you choose this product over others?:nice balance of heat from chillies and ginger with some umame depth. Good that its not got MSG. When I smeared it on my plums, however, there was a touch of sting but didnt overide the tingling sensation. Very pleasant but left Fernandos satin sheets looking like a hamster had been slaughtered but, oh how we laughed. Will definately buy again

Great stuff. These pastes are both the tastiest and best on the market. Good value for money. Good heat.

Very tasty paste, but beware it is fierce!

These are lovely, but they are authentic Thai so if you don't handle spice well, don't use too much, but by far my favourite brand. Last forever in the fridge. Makes amazing curry in no time.
