GROHE40536000 Timeless Soap/Lotion Dispenser

Was very easy to install, looks very good on the kitchen countertop.

We have not seen the clogging problems like other users. These pumps are well built and work perfectly

We installed the dispenser to match a new faucet. It looks great and works well. The only caveat is that we replaced the stock pump with the one recommended by v1k0d3n as we planned to use it with dish soap. I cannot speak to long term durability as we've only had it in for several weeks.

This is a nice soap dispenser, small and simple in style. Goes perfectly with my faucet, even though the faucet is not Grohe. Easy to install, assuming you already have the place in your countertop for it. Soap loads from the top, which is great!

Nice quality item, if it's in your budget I recommend it. I got it to replace a non functioning pump. It works well, looks good, easier to refill than old unit it replaced.

As many others have commented, we also ran into difficulties right away with the pump. It loses its prime and no amount of pumping can restore it. We use Dawn liquid, which I know is rather thick. Applying a lot of water directly into the bottom of the hose will temporarily restore functionality. But shortly after doing so, the pump loses its prime again. This happens over and over. Our KWC liquid soap dispenser in another location has no problem with Dawn liquid. (Much pricier dispenser, though.) I called Grohe and they advised that half of their customer calls were for soap dispensers. I would strongly advise NOT buying this dispenser.

Great little addition to my kitchen sink clean sleek design and no messy bottles cluttering the area.

Well constructed, large soap dispenser capacity, easy to follow directions and install in five minutes, works great.
