I own a OnePlus 12 . I thought this was the right model. But the model of the cover doesn't match with the phone. For instance the volume button on the phone is a single long one whole the cover has it as 2 separate buttons. I thought of melting out the partition only to find out the alignment of buttons to holes in the cover is off by a few mm. Other than that the quality is great . Shame .

I needed a new screen protector for my phone but decided to get this case and use the built in screen protector. The case is great. No issues there. I had a previous case that was a lot smaller so the Poetic case makes the phone feel a little bigger. It looks nice though, seems like it'll protect the phone, and I like that it is clear on the back. The screen protector is good but there's a few things I didn't like. The spot for the fingerprint reader is clearly visible at all times, moreso when the screen is off. I've had screen protectors that worked fine and didn't have a special spot for the fingerprint reader, so I removed it from the Poetic screen protector. I used an alcohol wipe and peeled it up with my finger. I had to setup my fingerprint again but it works just fine without. Also, the screen protector shows more fingerprints than a tempered glass protector and there is sometimes this rainbow looking effect on the screen protector. It's hard to describe. The fingerprints and rainbow are only visible when the screen is off so it's not too big of a deal. Overall, I'd buy again. I haven't dropped the phone so I can't speak to the durability but I would expect for it to hold up. Tempered glass protectors do protect the phone but they often crack or lift up from the phone if dropped which requires them to be replaced. That shouldn't be a problem with the Poetic case and is major plus. ***Update 8/21*** Updated to 5 stars. I've dropped the phone multiple times with no issues. One thing I didn't think about is how traditional screen protectors crack or need to be replaced when the phone is dropped. That's not the case with the built in screen protector.

Like full coverage, dislike that on occasion little bits of dirt sliding between the case and glass but it's an easy fix.
