We have ordered that printer for our e-commerce orders and use it once in a while.We wanted to use it last week and electric sparks came out from the printer plug (the one that connects the printer to the computer). I unplugged it and replugged several times and the each time we got the same issue.See the video enclosed.I was really concerned about the risk this represents in term of security for my office and employees. I therefore contacted straight away the seller and shared all the information asking for them to pick up and refund that terrible product. Since then, they have just be answering vaguely that they are looking into it and doing nothing.Seems scandalous that such an expensive product can be so risky.We will clearly never be using that product again - and not buy anything from that seller again. printing head also damaged printing not work properly , dosen't buy with that seller

Good product, I wil purches this type of printer, but I wil recived another printer ,next i wil return, next day same printer purches in out side and use 4month no problem in machine, good speed and good print

To make matters worse, I was denied any form of warranty or service support, even though the product was clearly damaged upon arrival.What adds to my frustration is that I missed the opportunity to return the product due to my travel schedule. Despite reaching out to Amazon for assistance, I received no support or guidance on resolving this matter.I urge potential buyers to steer clear of this product and this company. The lack of both warranty and service options is deeply concerning and indicates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disappointed.Furthermore, my attempt to seek assistance from your service center only added to my disappointment.
