Easy to clean, cheap, and entertaining in water and sand.

This is a very nice set for multiple sensory activities. My 2 and 4 year old have used these with sand, water, rice, and pom poms. The sand sticks to the silicone and requires and does not rinse off very easily, so there is some scrubbing involved with that. They are dishwasher safe and did fine on the top rack. The tweezers are pretty useless since they don't sit open enough to grab anything. I wish those were better, since it would have been a useful addition to the set. The scissor-like scoop has not held up well, but it was fun for my 4 year old when it did work. Overall, I think it is a decent set just to get the silicone pieces, but I think a more reasonable price would be around $15.

These are made of thick, smooth silicone, which is perfect for little ones not to hurt themselves while they figure out their motor skills. The strainer bowl is great for straining water out very quickly to scoop up items out of the water, but not so great for watching it drain out of the holes for more than a second. There's so many holes that it's not like a slow, fun-for-kids-to-watch kind of draining, it's very quick and efficient. But it is very good at straining stray rice grains out of the cornmeal bucket.. So that's nice! The scoops nest nicely into each other which is great for storage, and the two bowls sent nicely into each other as well. The tweezers are somewhat flimsy in that they don't spring back open on their own very well, which might make it easier for a small child to be able to pinch things with it with less resistance, but not easier for the child to be able to position the tweezers around an item without having to pull the two sides apart first. The little scissor-like scooper is ok, but probably won't last very long before it gets broken if you have more than one child trying to use it (more than one hand on it at a time). With just one handed use, it probably could last a while, but don't bend it or I fear it'll snap.

WellMade and perfect for sensory bin for my sons

I got this set to use with classroom sensory bins. It’s a great set. The silicone pieces are especially nice. The scoops are a nice size for our sensory bins. The silicone is thick and sturdy. My only complaint is that kinetic sands can cling to the silicone pieces. This happens with other brand of silicone too, not just this set. It can be easily rinsed off though.

These are great sensory toys for small children. Teething children can chew on these and you shouldn’t have to worry about a chunk breaking off. They are very nice quality, thicker, but also flexible enough. They are also soft silicone. I love the different size scoops and bowls. Perfect for sandboxes and sensory bins.10/10 would recommend, get again and gift.

High quality toys, although the scissors style scoop are lighter in weight. These fit nicely in my grandsons' hands. The nesting silicone scoops are surprisingly very sturdy, almost hefty with the correct size for little hands. Grasping, scooping up, draining colander with a bowl makes this a set with a variety of uses. They pick up small wood acorns and blocks and play with the colander in their splash pad.

My students love using these to sift through our sensory sand box. Great product... tools are flexible and are just the right size for little hands to use properly. Will be buying a second set for my classroom!
