Let gravity do all the work when tamping your espresso. The base is heavy, making it work best as you easily turn it. You do this about 3 - 4 times in one direction and then the other. I like that it packs the espresso well, making it taste better.Easy to clean, so downtime is minimal. I would recommend this for your coffee shop or just at home.
