It is not as shown, started malfunction in 2 weeks and stopped working after a month of use.
It is not as shown. I purchased on 14th Feb, 2018. They sent me only hot steamer (as per image and description, it has hot and cold both options, with 2 separate switches). They show a very sophisticated dual tone (white and pink) color steamer with handle, 2 switches separate for hot & cold and graphics; but it is actually a single color product with no graphics, no 2 switches and no handle in it.My product worked well for 2 weeks, then started trouble (It automatically switch off after 2 minutes and again resume after 30 seconds). And finally it stopped working after a month. Now it is a dumb dabba lying with me. I am helpless, as it can't be repaired anywhere outside. Not recommented to anyone. Yes you can buy and try if you have 1000+ surplus in your pocket and you want to throw it on the road. Ultimately money is yours.

Pathetic product. Different from what is shown in product description.
The product delivered to me was different than the one in the product description. It was chinese product with all instructions in chinese only. Also, only hot water steam option was available as opposed to cold mist and hot steam shown in product. Too small. Really disappointed.

Product is of Good quality. but its not big like as it appears in picture. however product is safe and can produce steam for 10 minutes . enough for home use.

Wrong item sent twice
Wrong product sent twice. Kingdom make is good , but Clairol make which is sent as replacement is a useless product. Returned twice due to wrong product being delivered

cant hold too much water
the only problem is.. it can steam for about 5-7 minutes... after which it loses water.. cant hold too much water

Very good. Nice and gentle steam supply. Only con is limited water quality can be added. Will work continue for approx 5 mins.
