Great product
This device features a compact design without a bulky adapter, a high-quality screen, and a responsive button for adjusting settings. It also includes Wi-Fi connectivity and a screensaver function. It is capable of delivering up to 240 watts of power and offers a variety of ports, including 4 USB-C and 2 USB-A. The device operates silently and appears to be durable. Furthermore, it boasts multiple operational modes, auto allocation, a clock feature, and timers for managing port activation and deactivation.

Anker has done it again. Great Product
Anker has come a long way to provide great quality product. I was expecting to be big, bit to my surprise it was really small that it works great on my computer desk. I would for sure recommend this product to anyone wanting to get something for their desk. easy to install and it charging is really quick when plugged multiple units.

I love this product!
I have purchased many Anker-brand products over the years, including cables and power banks and have come to appreciate their quality, both in terms of function and fit and finish. This charger is no exception. It looks nice sitting on my counter and charges everything I plug in without issue. The device is plug and play. Simply, I plug in the cable (either USB-A or USB-C) and the device pulls the proper amount of current to charge the device in question. I feel at this point that I can eliminate all the miscellaneous charging blocks that my devices have come with over the years and not be nervous about effectively charging devices that do not come with them. I did wait until Prime day and got a great price on this, but honestly, I wouldn't have regretted paying full price simply because it has made charging myriad devices so much easier.

Powerful and Compact Charging Beast
This charger is an absolute powerhouse—250W across multiple ports easily handles my laptop, phone, tablet, and more all at once. Despite its high output, it's surprisingly compact and perfect for travel or a clean desktop setup. GaN tech keeps it cool and efficient even under heavy load. The build quality is premium, and the digital display is a nice touch for monitoring output. Anker nailed it with this one—a must-have if you need serious charging in one device.

A "charge everything" desktop charger that seems buggy and is a bit overkill
Update: Anker CS reached out and offered a reasonable resolution for the bugs. Increase to 4*. As up to half of all non heating/cooling power consumption can be vampire drain, I will only give 5* to plug-in devices whose vampire drain isn't measurable by a kill-a-watt (or are normally unplugged when not in use).Update 2: I got more time to troubleshoot it. I also tried some brand new Anker C-C cables (as well as old Anker cables, old Ainope cables that have been great, and some no-name cables). I am seeing same behavior regarding flipping the cable and sometimes a beep loop on this charger, a GanPrime, and a similar charger with display from Ubigbuy (there are several lookalikes here). I noticed the problems after experimenting with this charger. However, due to the way the cables want to lie, I could have plugged in multiple devices the "good" way and not noticed the problem for a while. Thus I can't comment further on when/why this occurred, but the Anker Prime 250W is working as well as any other charger when charging a large selection of devices that pull up to 30W. Thus I'm not going to take them up on their CS offer. There are zero other questions or reviews showing trouble like this, so its most likely something on my end.Update 3:The bugs seem to have gone away. It updated to fw v 1.4.0.6. The phone that only charged one orientation has not received an update, and its the same cables. The Oneplus 11 charges at 18W either orientation. No beep loops regardless of other loads. Leaving 4* due to vampire drain.Original review:The USB-A ports work exactly as expected. It starts charging on "dumb" devices that don't tickle USB-C correctly to start, and will charge USB-C in either orientation with A to C cables. The USB-C ports seem buggy. With a OnePlus 11 phone and 3 brands of C-C cables, it goes into a "beep" loop where it starts charging and restarts charging about once a second. Gingerly pushing in the C connector (into the phone) until it beeps/starts, then pushing it the rest of the way in, works as expected. It may bump up to 18W and 9V after a minute but it works as expected. Update: if the 11 is connected as the second or subsequent device, the beep loop does not occur and almost immediately ups to 18W. If its connected as first device without fiddling with the connector, it beep loops. Update: after update 1.3.0.8 I have not seen the beep loop.A second buggy behavior is with all three brands of cables, only starts with one orientation (on two phones). Flip the cable (on phone end) over, and it starts charging as expected. The vampire drain (with screen off and nothing plugged in is 2W, per a Kill-A-Watt meter. Thats 17kWh per year, doing nothing. Thats enough to drive an efficient electric car 85 miles and represents 60kg of CO2 when fired with coal. "Its only $2.50 per year" isn't the right answer; as its doing nothing, it should be 0. The main consolation is it can replace up to 6 wall warts each of which have their own (smaller) vampire drain. The app integration over wifi and the pairing actually work well. It does mean you have to enter a potentially complex WIFI password on a touchscreen instead of a computer. This encourages weak passwords.Pros:- Lots of power. Both the screen and app show useful information (the power(screen) or volts*amps (on app) will let you know if your device is charging as quickly as expected. That can help troubleshoot cables as all USB-C are not the same.- Does not get hot like some other similar chargers.- Easily powers a laptop and still doesn't get hot. I tried a Dell Lattitude which maxes out around 40W. Also charged phones and power banks to fill the rest of the ports. Doesn't slow down, and doesn't get really hot.- Efficiency while powering big loads is in the 90-95% range. For example a laptop sucking 80w shows less than 90w on the kill-a-watt. This is far better than some other GaN sources that may pull twice as much power from the wall as required by the device. This also means the charger device runs much cooler as it doesn't have to dissipate that waste heat.Cons:- Vampire drain is massive (2W, 17kWh, 60kg of CO2 per year).Neutral:- One port will deliver 60-80 watts to a Dell Precision 7###. The computer complains about slow charger. Connecting the second USB cable (similar to their official dock) does not deliver more power. Cables are rated 250W. Seems to limit at a bit over 3 amps at 19 volts. This is fine for occasional work-from-home use. Its waste of the capabilities of an expensive laptop if used as primary power source.Reasons for docking stars: 1 for vampire drain
