This book portrays depression the way it really is; not the teenager heartbroken bs. Ned has been there and this book is his story. Furthermore, it’s very well written. I loved this book.

This book gives a wonderful insight on mental health issues and its impact on various types of people and their families. It shows how much it can affect one person and the people around them. It’s a great book to make people aware on how to treat people with mental illnesses and how to cope and grow if u have one as well. Very relatable and realistic.
