Epson service worse to worst
Very very poor serviceProduct is good but as according to service it is not goodWaste of money when you people are spend money for any kind of service, and you are getting that then it is waste of money.Customer care of Epson are very Cunning fellow. Not respond to you, since the delivery of Epson L850 on 28-08-2020. Printer is not accessible pan drive and printing. Customer care respone is very worse to worst, they treated me very badly always kept me on hold for 20-30 minute and then disconnect the line, I am very shocked that as a big brand company Epson treating it's new customer like this way, then what will the response towards existing customer. Evertime I am heared from customer service agent since 28-08-2020, server is not responding so cannot raise ticket. and so till today 03-09-2020.So today I contact kathy in usa Epson corporate, she provide me banglore head no banglore, where I got delhi service head no, from delhi service head I got UP Service head no. So as I am stating this experience is very worse to worst of my life.The agent I have talked sanjay,imran,anu, manisha,Meena have the same behaviour.So, by this way it the worse to worst experience of my life ever ever I have faced till date, so that I am going to return the product.

Printer problem need to replace it
As I installed the printer I am getting black line on the print so i need to replace the printerIt's shows the printer head problem n it's very costly

Ill featured costly printer. Not for home use.
Its a high cost printer but stil NO WIFI ? Are you joking? And even USB cable is to be connected from inside of printer. Very inconvenient printer as well as if you want to buy it for regular and daily print its okay otherwise don’t buy because if you don’t print even for five days the print head will spoil. WASTE OF MONEY
