I've been using this deodorant for about 2 months, and overall, I’m so happy! The scent is sweet, subtle, & just right. The texture is smooth which makes it easy to apply. It lasts a long time & it doesn’t leave marks on my clothes. I’m keeping it in my routine.

This stuff is yummy. I love this product. Cheaper than the Salt and Stone and works just as well. I like the fragrance in this product and that it doesn't overpower. It just adds enough that it follows you into the room but doesn't speak before you.

I can't get enough of this scent! I pair it with a great fig body wash and it just smells great all day. The only down side is that it is just a deodorant. On super hot days I sweat through it very fast so this will most likely not be a summer item for me, but good for cooler weather when I am not out in the heat, sweating a lot. But the scent ... so incredible!

I'm a long time Secret Clinical Strength wearer and switched a few months ago to Phlur. It works great and has less chemicals. I workout and it still maintains. No skin irritation at all. Pleasant very light smell.

Packaging:Is there supposed to be any sort of sanitary seal on these deodorants? First time order showed up loose in an Amazon bag mailer, without tape or shrink wrap. There is a rounded plastic lid within the main lid, but it wasn’t sealed either.Used Product:Unfortunately, my fears were confirmed when I opened the bottle and found a hair and specks of dirt/lint on the deodorant itself. See photos. It’s not insanely dirty, but I also wouldn’t want to use the product after someone else did. Nor should I have to.Vanilla Skin Scent:In the bottle, Vanilla Skin smells nice and complex. Not like a fake vanilla or desert. The jasmine note (which I’m generally not a fan of) doesn’t stand out to me. It’s not too feminine. I think it would complement a variety perfumes/colognes with sandalwood esk notes. Scents often give me a headache, but I doubt this one would bother me. It’s not a super strong scent, but it’s not weak either. I can’t speak to how it smells on, but I’m hopeful it would wear well and last— of course these things will vary person to person based on PH etc.Closing thoughts:- I hate reading reviews from people who haven’t tried the actual product, but wanted to warn others of a possible sanitary issue!- I hope this bottle was a return fluke and that new products are sealed properly before leaving the factory.- I plan to ask for refund for this product and go to a store irl to repurchase it.- There’s a lot to look forward to in trying this deodorant. After years of using Native deodorant (and starting to smell skunky, a common report on Reddit) I’m specifically looking for a BHA deodorant to neutralize the source of the oder. I like the scent and hope it will wear well on me.- Unless this product is normally sealed, I suggest you pick up the product irl, so you can inspect it before buying.
