Gorilla Mind absolutely nailed it with this pre-workout. The Blackberry Lemonade flavor is surprisingly smooth—not too sweet, no weird aftertaste, and mixes easily with no clumping. But the real win is in the formula. Energy? Off the charts. The 400mg of caffeine hits hard, but clean—no jitters or crash. Focus? Tunnel vision. Thanks to the L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and Huperzine A, I feel mentally locked in from warm-up to final set. Pumps? Massive. The L-Citrulline and HydroPrime combo delivers serious vascularity and fullness—my muscles feel and look pumped for hours after training. Strength? Solid. Creatine and Betaine definitely give an edge on heavy lifts. This stuff isn’t for beginners—it's high-stim and performance-focused. Great flavor for the one I got but that's all it was just a flavoring for my water. Two scoops in 30 minutes later and nothing, like absolutely no boost in energy, no tingle, no nothing just disappointment. Maybe a defective batch?

The taste is nothing special—just okay. The texture is the real issue. It’s overly grainy and tends to clump, even after thorough mixing. It doesn’t dissolve well and ends up settling at the bottom of my water bottle, which makes the last few sips unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend if you're looking for something smooth or easy to drink. For the price, I expected much better quality. It just doesn't live up to the cost.

Great formula, does what it claims to do. Stupid pumps and great focus. I find myself walking around whatever machine or equipment I’m using. Rather than previously sitting and waiting for my next set. Just don’t want to sit and I’m constantly focusing on my next move. Smooth lasting energy and focus. No crash or jitters. Take 20 minutes before workout, let the ingredients absorb to their job. 10/10

In short: overpriced, ineffective, and unpleasant to consume. There are far better (and cheaper) options out there. I wish I’d read more honest reviews before wasting my money.

Bought this product about a month ago and so far I have no complaints. I've had no side effects. Quality is good. Very easy to mix with water and the flavor is good.

Tried for fist time and disappointed. Same as some comments below, its tase is really bad and also tried 2 scoops making the texture gritty and dense with no apparent affects. Wouldn’t recommend.
