Wow, fast delivery, three days.Easy to install and use. Hooked up to Bluetooth in seconds and was listening to music in about 1 minute. This was a trial run before installing in helmet and to install in helmet was about 5 minutes.I applied online for the two year warranty and next day received a message stating it is registered. I expect good customer support if needed.The quality of the music is ok for my needs and at highway speeds only have to turn up slightly, with my gloves on.I purchased it just for the music, not sure if I will use the mike for phone calls.Will be purchasing another for my other helmet.

I've been using a bluetooth headset with my helmet for years and the models I have experience with are able to connect with other riders. However, I have never had the need to connect/communicate with others except for testing the headsets as I prefer to ride solo. Therefore, the XGP X1 fits the bill for my riding style.The X1 is easy to install and comes with two helmet clips in case one breaks. The speakers are easily positioned in my Shoei RF1200 and provide clear audio on calls and while listening to music with more than adequate volume although I tend to listen to music on the quieter settings. The two microphones included, one boom, one flush mount, provide clear comms while on calls and per feedback from those on the other end, above 60 mph, the calls are still clear with no wind noise transmitted.The best part of the X1 is the price. For under $30 (with coupon) at the time of this review, you are getting a solid bluetooth headset assuming you do not need to communicate with other riders. I've never had an issue with my last two XGP headsets (other than breaking one helmet mount) and the X1 will hopefully deliver the same dependability. Two thumbs up!

The XGP Moto Motorcycle Comms Unit has been a fantastic addition to my rides. The sound quality is crystal clear, even at high speeds, thanks to excellent noise-cancellation. Installation was a breeze, and the unit’s long battery life and quick-charging feature are incredibly convenient. Controls are user-friendly and work well even with gloves on. This was very easy to install in the helmet with the adhesive and connecting to the phone's bluetooth was a breeze. It also comes with an extra clip which was a nice touch by the manufacturers.Now I had realistic expectations about its noise cancelling ability and yes, this will not give you a full noise canceling like you expect with the expensive audio headsets, but even with windy conditions if you keep your visor down it will provide enough clarity and focus that you will be able to have a conversation even at high speeds.I have not had the chance to test out its water proof capabilities but in hot weather environment where my head sweats it did not cause any malfunction with the operation of the device.The battery life seems also pretty good, I did not have to charge it in 2 weeks time with consistent use during week days. Overall I would recommend this to riders especially at its price point due to its performance and ease of use.
