I mixed a total of 30 drops into sparkling water with a splash of lemon, and it was easier to drink that way. doing good at health

Good concentration level as I'm only 3 days in promising start .seems like a good product in the making .will continue and see what happens .it's a product you have to continue to get the benefits.

Feel great for a while but then get headache, tried going of it for a week and headache went away, went back on at low dose and it returned, wish I knew why as I was enjoying the benefit but will have to stop taking it.
