Bit expensive but worth it. Will order more in future
This really is amazing. I'm having SELTOS which isn't small in size. So after wash, drying that was really challenging without leaving water marks. But this towel helps perfectly. It really absorbs water well and in just one swoop i can dry a particular area. The big size sure helps a lot. Need only one swoop for all parts and it dried the car quickly. Yes it's bit expensive and if they reduced the price a bit there is no other towel that compares to this. Really happy with the purchase.

Definitely not a water magnet
I've been using a meguairs water magnet for about 6 years now and am completely happy with that product. Saw many reviews on this comparing it with the meguairs and decided to get a two pack which costed less than half of the meguairs.I've used these thrice now. It leaves a lot of streaking behind, it doesn't absorb water properly, not even on three passes over the surface. Completely disappointed with this product.

Great Quality
I am using these for last one and half years and reordered a new set now. My old set is still intact and working fine. I am using it daily for car drying and cleaning. There are no threads etc coming out from old ones. The absorption is good. Just that I machine wash but do not tumble dry as tumble drying as such reduces life of all fabrics in general. A worthy buy.

Super cleaning cloth - recommended for anyone looking to do a good job of cleaning their vehicle
So, I own a couple of expensive bikes and usually clean them myself. This is the reason I wanted a good cleaning cloth and one which was also big in size. Have been using the 3M Microfiber cloth last couple of years, now I thought of giving this one a try based on the customer feedback I read. I really like the feel and quality of the cloth where cleaning was concerned. It certainly absorbs more than other cloths used in the past. The most interesting thing however was when I asked my car-cleaner to clean the bike last week, it was quite dirty from a rainy ride and I didn’t feel like taking the effort. After completing the cleaning the guy walks up to me and asks me where I got this cloth from and if I can get him a couple of these. I told him the price and he still insisted that he wanted me to buy him a couple of these. So, there you are , nothing less than an endorsement from a professional. I am sure he has not spent much on his cleaning cloths so far and he is willing to spend the price of this one.It is certainly well worth it and totally recommended.

Effective drying :)
First use review: was able to dry the car with ease and with no recidue. Can dry with one cloth, however depends on the surface area. Yet to see it's effectiveness post first wash.Update: I have been using this product for a while now and am satisfied with the outcomes. Having said that I haven't tried other brands, so can't give a relative feedback.

not ultra thick - more like ultra thin
I used to dry my car after washing it. the towel couldn't absorb water from half a panel. i ended up having to go around using micrfiber clothes to dry & buff the panels after i used these towels.they are called ultra thick in description- they 100% are not. they are ultra thin. they are large though but that doesn't matter if they cant do the intended jobthey are supposed to not leave 'streak residue ' - they absolutely do.they also came with quite a bit of lint on them.as for washing, i threw them in the washer and they got somewhat clean.if buying for drying car, there are other better products out there around the same price point.

Very good for car cleaning and drying
When I first opened the box, I was a bit annoyed as whilst the cloths looked lovely and were a generous size, they weren't as soft as I had expected. I had just bought a second hand car and wanted to give it a nice clean to make it look new again, so was pretty worried I might scratch the paint work. I had been tempted to send them back at this point, only my dad was adamant he wanted them for the kitchen cos they are a pretty yellow colour and good size and quality. Thus, they sat on the sideboard for a bit until I was desperate enough to clean my car and decided to risk it. I cut off the labels in case they were scratchy and saw the cloths were mostly polyester (I believe). I thought polyester was pretty hydrophobic (like those microfibre cloths that just move the water around) and wondered how that would dry my car, but I turned out to be very wrong.I filled a tub with some soapy water and dunked one cloth in as a cleaning cloth. It was brill for gently scrubbing bits off tar off without scratching. I could use both hands on the cloth and swirl it round the car panels as it was large enough to bunch up a bit. It made pretty quick work especially compared to a sponge. Then after a thorough rinse of the car, I dried it with the other cloth (good thing they send you two) and it was so nice and easy. I dried the whole car and the cloth was a bit wet, but not like you could ring it out or anything (not fully saturated). For size comparison, my car is a large-ish hatchback. I used the same cloth to clean the inside trim round the doors, since it was damp but still clean.I chucked both cloths through the wash with my normal laundry. I would very much recommend you don't do this lol, as they were obviously dirty with oil and muck that means they should have been washed seperately. Would be a good idea to throw in some stain remover or extra soap too, cos they came out a little greyed and kind of contaminated some of my other cloths I had put in with it. My fault, anyone who is used to cleaning their car with a cloth probably already knows to wash them seperately and with a strong detergent, but since I usually use a sponge, I didn't think of it.These cloths are brill and would also be really pretty as kitchen towels, or good for drying pets after a walk. They are a waffle weave and look pretty durable. I imagine it's worth keeping one in the car as they have a hundred uses. Tempted to buy another pack!I can't see any scratches or swirls on my car after cleaning it, but it's only been a day or so and I haben't seen it in all lights. Provisionally, looks like it did a great job (bare in mind, this review has been left after one use cos I'm unlikely to clean my car again for a while lol). Also probably quite good for using with scratch remover, which usually recommends a waffle texture cloth (I imagine for the non-abrasive scrubbing power), however, I used a smaller cloth I had that was similar because it was easier to handle.

Brilliant Drying Towel!
I was in need of something to dry my car after washing it and found it difficult to find a chamois (genuine or synthetic) that would do a good job of soaking up water while being very gentle on the paint etc. I then came across these towels and being affordable, though not cheap, I thought I would give them a go.After the first use I am very, very impressed with the amount of water they will soak up, and how they leave a streak and lent free surface more or less in one go. The towels are quite big (I might actually prefer them a little smaller) and one towel will dry my entire medium sized estate vehicle, after having allowed the water to run off naturally for a few minutes after rinsing. Since they come 2 to the pack you then have the second towel to do any additional drying of e.g. hard to reach places, and the drips that I always seem to get from the housing of the mirrors, along with any other final buffing or wiping down that you might need.So far I have only used them this one time, but they are machine washable and should be just s good as new after having been washed at a maximum of 40 degrees. I would recommend not to use fabric softener when washing these towels as this can make them less absorbent, and I would also recommend to wash them after every use, to reduce the possibility of small particles contaminating the towels, and potentially scratching you paint.

Great for drying the car!
If you are getting into detailing, you've probably read/watched that the old chamois is an outdated and potentially dangerous (for your car!) method of drying your paintwork. Dirt gets trapped in the chammy and then has nowhere to go, ultimately getting dragged over the paint and causing swirls and scratches.Drying with a thick, fluffy microfibre is the way to go. Or so I thought. I bought a plush towel from Amazon and used it a couple times, finding that there was always some water/streaks being left on the paint. So I bought these drying towels on the strength of the reviews, and have found them to be the best way of drying the car after a wash. They really are very absorbent and don't leave streaks. I only needed a single towel to dry the entire car, folding it over a few times when one side became saturated.Try it and see for yourself. They are brilliant!

Quality is much lower...
Ive been buying from the Amazon basics range for several years, usually drying towels and microfibre cloths. Originally it was amazing how high quality items were for such a good price, I can remember being blown away. Over time however ive noticed the towels are rougher and thinner, same with the microfibres.Sadly, I will no longer buy these products from the Amazon Basics range. Shame really.
