I would rather give negative. even for the crossbeats support team
I bought these earphones 2months back.now it is not pairing with my phone. I raised a complaint to crossbeats support team, initially they responded and send the process how to pair the device. I tried the same procedure earphones didn't got paired and not even showing in my device. I took the same process in video and send it back to support team. There is no response from the team even after 10 emails..Please don't buy crossbeats products they are just cheating us by saying lifetime support.I am really disappointed with this product.Of course I am going to raise a complaint in consumer court on crossbeats team for cheaping..

Has anybody faced with connectivity lagging or dropping problems.... Like for 2 secs or so....I have been facing this with the left earbud....

Truely Wireless...Classic Sound Quality.
First Impression was same as it looks.Good Sound and battery backup.Microphone is also pretty good.Worth Purchase a must have accessory.

Defective item.. Requested for a replacement..
Ordered n received this item within 3 days.. Was excited on seeing the quality and looks but later was disappointed by the frequent connectivity issues with the left plug.. Requested for a replacement since there wasn't a return option.. Hope to get a new and properly functioning replacement ASAP.. Will give it a 5 star rating if the replacement is good.. For now, I will settle for just 1 star
