You can move it around if not perfect the first time and is not nearly as sticky on your fingers as regular Tombow. I highly recommend this product. **Q: Can I use this glue on fabric or making ribbon bow. Will it glue to metal hair clips?** A: It should be fine on fabric but I wouldn't for the hair clips. When dry turns to almost a plastic substance don't think it would hold up well to the metal.
