Plugged it into an available USB port and...boom! It worked great! I bought this because I noticed when my earbuds (Tozo T12's) were connected to my computer via Bluetooth, the range was literally 10 feet, but when my earbuds where connected to my phone, the range was about 200 feet. So I deduced that the problem was not with my earbuds, it was because of the poor Bluetooth range on my computer. Bought this long range USB Bluetooth 5.3 adapter and that fixed it! No software download, just plug and play and go!

I have an older PC that doesn't have Bluetooth capability on its own and I only use wireless earbuds/headphones because of the number of cables I already have to deal with, so I started looking for something that could give my PC that next step up. I got this a little over a month ago at the time of writing this and it stills works beautifully.Pros: - No download necessary - No set-up - Instant connections - Stays connected for a LONG distance - Dongle can be rotated in case your USB ports are vertical - Works with all Bluetooth devices (from what I've experienced) - Great sound quality - Next to no sound delayCons: - Must have a USB 3 port to work (mildly sucky if you're getting this for an older PC with 6 of its 8 ports are USB 2)This has been a game-changer (quite literally since I use my PC for gaming) for me to have this Bluetooth adapter to help update my PC for the times (lol). It consistently has amazing sound quality and has next to no delay on the sound in accordance with a video or game that you're playing. The only thing about this adapter that I have no opinion on is their tech support. I have yet to actually need help because of how simple using it is and how versatile it is. I honestly wasn't even sure that it would work with my old PC because of how outdated some of the hardware is, but it was a pleasant surprise that it did work. Highly recommend!

So I got this and it worked perfectly, then the range was worse and worse overtime, then it stopped working all together. After some troubleshooting, disabling the on board Bluetooth (Intel Wireless Bluetooth for me) in device manager fixed it. If you're not the best with tech, I wouldn't call this plug and play exactly. I've had to fiddle with downloading drivers a couple times. Great for the money though and it DOES work.

I'm using the Samsung Buds3, which has Bluetooth 5.4 and this 5.4 Bluetooth antenna and I'm hearing improved sound quality music. Excellent product.

Ich habe mir den Adapter gekauft, um meine neue Tastatur über Bluetooth zu benutzen. Die Installationsschritte sind gut beschrieben und die Installation funktionierte (auch auf meinem älteren PC mit Windows 8) tadellos. Mittlerweile ist nicht nur eine kleine CD mit dem Treiber, sondern auch ein hochwertiger kleiner USB-Stick, auf dem die Installationsdateien sind, dabei. Somit stellt die Installation auch ohne CD-Laufwerk kein Problem dar.Die Bluetooth Verbindung ist stabil und ich konnte keinerlei Verzögerungen oder Ähnliches feststellen.Da ich das Produkt erst seit kurzer Zeit verwende, kann ich keine Aussagen zur Haltbarkeit/Langlebigkeit treffen.

Je l'avais acheté pour mon PC de bureau afin de coupler un Bose QC 35 II et d'autres casques audios bluetooth. Couplages et connexions sans problèmes. Un mini-CD est fourni pour les drivers et un lien pour ceux qui n'ont pas de CD-Rom. Procédure d'installation assez simple. A voir dans le temps, mais pour l'instant j'en suis satisfait :)

El producto es de buena calidad. Cuando introducimos el dispositivo en un puerto USB, el sistema Windows 10 instalará automáticamente los controladores que lleva incorporados. Una vez hecho esto, debemos instalar los controladores del fabricante. Al finalizar de instalarlos notaremos, como he leído en algunos comentarios, que el sonido a veces se corta. Para evitarlo, iremos al "administrador de dispositivos" > "Bluetooth" > "Realtek Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter" y, pulsando en el botón derecho del ratón, elegiremos la opción de "actualizar controlador". Nos instalará una versión del mes de Abril de este año y, aunque en ocasiones si nos movemos el sonido se entrecortará un poco, funcionará perfectamente. Recomiendo su compra por la buena relación calidad-precio que tiene.

Easy to install, even without a CD drive, drivers can be found on the supplier website.Connected to my devices more quickly than my previous MPow 4.0, so far it's more stable too and the audio quality is also better. I should have bought one sooner.

Il prodotto è arrivato in anticipo rispetto alla data fissata. Inizialmente, l'unità dvd del mio pc non riusciva a leggere il mini cd fornito dal produttore e purtroppo i driver forniti da windows 10, come dichiarato nelle descrizioni, non funzionano. Ho provato a cercare i driver sul web ma senza successo; comunque prima di attivare il "reso" ho scritto alla TechKey per richiedere un link da cui scaricare i driver necessari all'installazione. Con mia sorpresa, l' Azienda ha risposto alle 5,16 di questa mattina fornendomi quanto richiesto. A questo punto l'installazione è stata facilissima ed il prodotto ha immediatamente riconosciuto le mie cuffiette bluetooth e funziona perfettamente. Sono convinto che le 5 stelle del giudizio siano state ampiamente meritate.
