This is an excellent doorbell with very good video quality and clear 2 way audio communication. The apps set up is not at all difficult. Apps interface also works fine and you can speak to anyone waiting at the door if you are away from home. The customer support team is excellent and very helpful. I will highly recommend this doorbell.

What can I say, well this is an excellent doorbell with very good quality recordings. Good build quality, and very easy to set up. I had a couple of issues with the set up (my fault cos I'm not very technically minded) however the after sales was absolutely amazing I had no problems with communicating with XTU via WhatsApp and they were more than helpful in helping to solve my small issues. Unfortunately it turned out that my doorbell may have been a faulty one. XTU did not hesitate in offering me a replacement or a full refund on this occasion I chose a refund which XTU have now completed. XTU were massively helpful, concerned,and contactable in helping me so I have no hesitation in recommending XTU to anyone. Well done XTU 5 STARS *****

Having tried different models this is a very good quality easy to set up doorbell camera battery is very good and picture quality is tops having now had a reasonable time to test and use the camera i find it extremely good the battery lasts longer than I expected only charged it once picture quality is very good if you are going to buy one i would recommend the angle bracket it lets you position the camera better it is well worth the money and 5star rating.

The camera was setup up & working within a matter of minutes, we decided to purchase a SIM card to save on the monthly fee.The app is easy to use & navigate.It has a clear picture, easy to see who it is before answering. As our street can be quite busy with dog walkers, it does not go off at every opportunity only when people go on our driveway.

Camera is good however battery life is terrible and didn't expect to need to charge it every 2 days.

This is well made and easy to fit and set up and great having the option to add an SD card. I needed to buy the kit to angle it to one side which was good except having to put a small screw in the bottom to hold it in place is not good. Having cutouts to access the screws for the main fitting would be easier. Having the hole to release the bell to charge it up at the bottom is also awkward. The inside bell needs batteries which seemed to drain away very quickly. It also took a while to link this to the main bell and seems to have to be quite near the bell push to work. Like many electrical items like this they are well made but let down by the app. The one for this is complicated and appears not to do what it says. Pity about that.

Fantastic, easy to install. Better than the previous one that we had and the battery lasts a long time. It is very sensitive to motion detection, night vision good. Fits nicely on door frame. 5 stars
