Easy set-up and take down
Wanted to give the kids I coach in soccer a bit more of a realistic projection of a defender compared to a simple cone, but didn’t want to break the bank on dummies with a more human shape. These fit the bill perfectly. Easy set-up and take down, and love that they fit so compactly. Makes it easy to transport to and from practices. The kids think they are pretty cool too.

Perfect blend of form factor and use case.
Worka perfect for setting up obstacles for my keepers to both work on footwork, redirection, and working on crosses. Looking to buy another set to set up as static players for positioning because much easier to set up and use. They do need to have weights in the base if windy but I use medicine balls or weight plates but I already have on hand for training that I can easily add to the base.

The Hikeen Basketball Defender Dummy has been perfect for our youth basketball team! They make the ideal defenders for practicing moves and shooting. The kids really benefit from having a real-feeling defender to work with.That said, I do wish the setup process was a bit easier. It can be a little time-consuming, but once it’s up, it’s totally worth it!
