Love the scent!
Quick delivery! I have short hair so I didn't need much product, my hair felt soft after using the conditioner. Love the scent! Not sure I can say that enough :-D Best description is it smells like a warm, luxurious spa in my own shower.

Nice scent, but some drawbacks
First things first, this conditioner smells really nice. However, there are a couple of downsides to this one. It is kind of hard to work into the hair, leading me to use more of it. It also doesn't feel as nice afterwards compared to other conditioners. My hair feels a little on the greasy side after use. That could just be my hair type though, so your results may be different.

Normal hair turned to grease slick
I have medium weight, shoulder length, slightly wavy hair, and try to use EWG certified items, however have used Matrix, Olaplex, Oribe, L’Oréal, you know a little of everything.I received 2 small bottles of product that clearly put major effort in environmental friendliness. Which is good, but not when contents are compromised. This shampoo/conditioner left my hair very flat and slick. I tried just the shampoo, then just the conditioner with no other hair products of course in an attempt to isolate the 2 instances I noticed oily hair. Either component left me with the same problem. Not for me.

Lovely scent and ingredients
Pampered Guest got a lot of things right with this conditioner. The bergamot citrus smell is heavenly! The bottle is pretty so this would be a great product to use if you have rental properties or a guest house that you provide toiletries for guests. I love that the majority of the ingredients are natural things (avocado oil, castor oil, coconut oil, etc). I also like that the bottle is made to be compostable (compostable wheat straw plastic and bamboo). The thing that I'm not loving about it is it doesn't leave my hair feeling soft smooth and silky. I tend to have drier hair and it is wavy/curly. It gets tangled easily so I like a conditioner that allows me to easily pull my fingers through when in the shower or afterwards when brushing. This did not do that. It makes me sad though because of all of the positives going for this product.

Not Moisturizing, Over Priced
I got this when it was nine dollars less but even that is too much for this 8 oz conditioner. It is like liquid hand lotion and did nothing to moisturize my hair. My hair was super shiny and sleeker but dry and gooky all at the same time. The only thing I liked was the lemon cream smell which dissipates. I bought it to try since it's nontoxic, but I will never buy it again.

Bergamot Conditioner Smells and Feels Great on Hair!
The product arrives with a sealed cap and an additional pump to attach to the container. As it is filled with conditioner, caution is advised when fitting the pump since some product may spill out, which can create a bit of a mess at the top. In terms of conditioning, it performs similarly to other products I've tried; it doesn't leave my hair extremely soft and conditioned, yet it doesn't weigh it down either. I apply it to wet hair post-shampoo, distribute it through my strands, and then rinse it out. The bergamot fragrance is pleasantly mild. I appreciate that it's produced by a small business and is vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and comes in biodegradable packaging. Although it's priced as a luxury conditioner, I suspect that using both the shampoo and conditioner together might yield better results.
