I recently replaced the stock radio in my 2014 Chevy Suburban with this CarPlay-compatible unit, and I couldn’t be happier! The sound quality is noticeably better than the factory system, and the install was surprisingly easy—everything needed was included in the box. The unit looks fantastic and is a huge visual and functional upgrade over the OEM setup.What really impressed me was the top-notch customer service. Installation was pretty easy. The provided wiring harness matched up to my silverado nicely. Note, you will lose auto warning sounds. Don't expect this to perform like a $1,000 sound unit, it does not. That said, it is good enough to satisfy the average music listeners.My biggest gripe is the lack of documentation. Not even a online manual. You have to just start pushing buttons and see what happens.Update: To their credit, this company did reach out to me through Amazon and did provide a user manual and address the loss of sound for vehicle warning sounds. Thank you.

Definitely a great buy for the $$$Sound quality is great and better than what I previously owned. Didn't come with back up camera the wires or camera.

UpdateCustomer service reached out to me and tried to solve the issue once they could they offered a refund which i accepted but now they refuse to send and also keep running me in circles saying contact customer service but leaving no way to contact them then when I say that they say click this link and has no link then when I tell them message had no link they send a link to the product on Amazon. Clearly not intending to refund the money! Stear clear of this company and all their products!Works pretty good has some issues like the minimum volume is pretty high and the instructions aren't clear at all

Not bad for the price. Good sound quality. But the apple play can have connection issues, connects to android devices no problem. Installation wasn’t to bad instruction manual is very vague.

I have been working on cars for 30 years and this was hands down the EASIEST stereo installation I have ever done. Other than the time spent routing the rear camera wire, the actual stereo install took only 30 minutes! And I didn’t have to cut ANY wires. Literally plug and play. The fit was perfect, looks great and I love the ease of function. Bluetooth connectivity was simple. Sound quality is good.

Just installed this unit in my 2011 Silverado WT. The original radio in the truck was very basic bare bones unit. It was extremely easy to install even without an installation guide (didn't come with installation instructions). Took about an hour taking my time. So many nice features. I would recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:sounds ok, very responsive, just don’t like when I put my turn signal on there is no audible alert.
