DSS X-Act ROM Brace Elbow (Right)

It appears to be sturdy and durable. It also arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, when I fold my arm, it digs into the elbow. No amount of adjusting helps. I have had it fitted several times, by at least two professionals. It creeps down, ending up pressing on bicep repair. I would wholeheartedly recommend it for people with longer limbs.

If you're petite, you'll probably hate this thing. It does not fit well,is bulky,uncomfortable,and the weight twists my arm outward. The two top cuffs don't fit my puny little arms. I have both cuffs together, no room in between, and the bottom one digs into the bend of the elbow, allowing very little flexion, and the top one digs into my armpit. I'm sure the product is fine for the vast majority of the population. But for petite people, it's less than ideal. I really wish product designers would consider that humans are not "one size fits all", and maybe design some products for the outliers among us.
