Very Good
I got this to replace a well known brand one and was thrilled to find it was even better, it heats to a full 100 degrees, it's speed of boiling is very fast nice need design looks good on your worktop without taking up much space, holds a lot of water which means your not constantly filling, however I would suggest filling with a jug, rather than taking the whole unit to your sink.

It’s not worth the money
Would give no stars if I could. The hot water dispenser was rubbish from the beginning. Firstly, the water tasted like plastic for a few weeks. Secondly, the tray , where you place your cup/mug, is very thin, so it’s not safe, as it could fall off. Thirdly, it’s starting to splutter hot water when you turn it on, which splashed the tea/coffee all over the place and on to your hands.Tried the reset key, but it didn’t help.Unfortunately for me, I cannot return as I threw away the packaging, and it won’t be accepted by Amazon. This is such a shame as I paid £55 for only a months use.

better than kettle
lid opening fantastic quality fantastic energy fantastic temperature fantastic capacity excellent leakage none I'd highly recommend to buy one cost around £90 unless sale on but makes a big difference compared to a kettle it takes around 3 mins to boil a kettle I'd use 5p per kettle this great kind of kettle takes 10 seconds to boil you tap the switch at front twice you get exactly 200 Mills of water and it's pleasant hot water not scolding hot like most kettles do its exactly brilliant 😀 highly recommend to buy one

No refund
Ease of use:Didn’t get to temperature needed. Returned as instructed, didn’t get refund. I have been in hospital since returning it, lost the receipt so they can’t/ won’t give a refund. Very disappointed.

Nice looking machine.
It's a nice looking machine in the piano black gloss finish. Don't let the plastic casing put you off, it's nice and sturdy although there is one small issue, the tank cover flies off when you try to slide it across a counter and it's actually quite heavy when full of water, the recessed edges could be a bit longer. Otherwise it's very efficient at what it does as long as you remember to turn it off when you use the double press for a larger cup or mug. The dispensed water is always nice and hot for a cup of tea/coffee and it is nice and quiet when dispensing unlike some others. Overall, a good buy.Edit: Well, after many spills because I like a mug of tea rather than a cup, I've decided to move this machine from the wife's kitchen to MY workshop. In the meantime I have bought a Breville Brita filter machine for the kitchen. I still like this machine even though I wish it did automatic mug sizes.
