Can it be pasted on the floor as a floor sticker?

Does it need grouting?

No need, it's self-adhesive. Ceramic tile stickers have boundaries and when pieced together, they look like there's a seam, but it won't be as obvious from a distance, depending on your aesthetic needs.

How to install it for durability?

While keeping the wall clean and dry, press down for a while after tiling to help with adhesive bonding.
