Depends on your Back pain whether to choose Herbal or Diclofenac impregnated Patches
I feel Diclofenac (chemical) impregnated back pain Patches offer more relief, however, in herbal patches these are good.

Basically its an Aspirin/Disprin Patch
Main ingredient is Wintergreen oil whose metabolite is salicylic acid, same as Aspirin/Disprin- which is a proven pain reliever and so is this patch. Applying a patch, especially on back, takes some practice. Just think of it like a large bandaid. Giving it 4 stars as other ingredients are useless and unnecessarily increase the size and cost of the patch. Request the company to release a smaller, pure Wintergreen oil variety. Edit: the quality of patch has changed. Pain relief is still the same but the patch material is thin and can come off sometimes. Earlier material was very good.
