Works very well
Does the job. Hydrates someone very easily. Goes without saying but definitely a salt taste but this should be expected with a drink as such. Great taste as well

Perfect for POTS/Dysautonomia – Convenient & Refreshing!
As someone with POTS, I’ve tried *every* electrolyte product—and LMNT Sparkling is the only one that combines optimal electrolytes with the convenience of pre-mixed carbonation. Most powders fizz violently when mixed with sparkling water (science says: bad idea), but these cans deliver perfectly balanced hydration with zero prep. Why It’s My #1:⚡ **Medical-grade electrolytes – 1,000mg sodium, no sugar crashes💥 **Gentle carbonation – Satisfies soda cravings without bloat🍋 **Clean flavors – Citrus Salt is *chef’s kiss* (no fake sweetness)

Ready to drink are super convenient
We really love the ready to drink LMNT drinks. All the flavors are great. Great electrolyte content. Keeping hydrated and especially keeping enough electrolytes really helps us feel recharged.

Refreshing Way to Drink Your Electrolytes, but Pricey
I’ve been using LMNT electrolyte packets for a while, so I was excited to try the new sparkling version. The flavor is bold and refreshing, especially when ice-cold. It has a strong salty taste, similar to the packets, which might take some getting used to if you're new to high-sodium electrolytes, but it definitely helps with hydration and muscle recovery. The sparkling element of the drink is really fun, and it is a great alternative to soda or an energy drink. It definitely feels like a treat! The only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is because they are pretty pricey. However, when you think of it more as an alternative to an energy drink, they are on par. I would drink these all the time if they were even a little bit cheaper.

Taste like liquor but in a good way
I ordered these to help me stay hydrated while doing omad. Their really salty but I do enjoy them and they help curb my appetite. They do taste like alcohol tho in my opinion-The citrus salt taste just like a mojito to me.-The watermelon salt taste like a fruit punch four loco-The black cherry lime like a flat roman coke but nice cheery taste-I despise grapefruit but the grapefruit salt one is actually my favorite. Usually it takes me all day and night to drink a can because it's salty but I was able to drink it in less then an hour..leave my breath smell like alcohol back taste in a way. Their good tho..my body tolerates the electrolytes better then other electrolytes I tried. Wish price was cheaper but it is what is is. After this I will be trying the lmnt powders

If you struggle to stay hydrated get these !!
I love these drinks. Seeing patients all day on the hour it’s hard to stay hydrated. I have one a day and can tell a big difference ! It helps me stay hydrated and also curves my cravings for sugar. I love the taste it’s almost like I crave it. I don’t care how much they cost. You can’t put a price on your health especially in a world full of processed foods . I have also noticed it’s helped with my digestive tract and staying regular.

You know you need electrolytes when it doesn't taste salty
Not very fizzy or sparkly like a soda, so not a soda replacement for me. It still has the signature packed-with-a-punch salty and flavorful taste that the LMNT packets have. I like the convenience of it being something I can grab and go without having to prepare but this isn't something I'd drink daily. It's also a pretty big can and if you're already electrolyte-d up, it's hard to drink it all. Maybe smaller cans would be better!
