I took these for almost a month and they are ok but not worth the money they want . Way to expensive for a mediocre product .

Im not a big believer in supplements, but thought Id give these a try. I had used Glucosamine a few times and found they did very little.I was going on a trip to Europe where I knew I would be walking a lot. Started taking these 1 week before my trip, and after about 5 days I noticed a difference. After 8 days I had virtually no pain in my knee and hip.I stopped taking them for two weeks and my pain returned. So, now I'm back taking 1 or 2 per day, which seems to minimize my pain.The only problem is these are quite expensive.

Never received relief using this supplement. I switched to Instaflex. I have been on it for two weeks and ankles are less swollen and knees pop less.
