I have an Engine light keep coming on for a massively overpriced sensor that doesn't really do anything!I can use this to reset it when i need to or utilise one of the many service functions that are available.Easy to use, easy to store. Great bit of kit.

Well worth the money

I have a Mercedes C300 self charging hybrid and this product works a treat with this car , read most of my codes just wouldn’t read the Adblue fault which gave me 500 miles to engine shut down . I was going to send it back but it did read other faults and reset them

Bought this product as engine fault light came on. I have Merc C220 Diesel 2013 W204. Diagnosed the simple error code and help me resolve without taking to the garage. Great item and worth the money if you have a Mercedes.

On unpacking the device I updated it from the company website only to have all the lower menus in German. Resetting the device to factory settings turned the menus back to English.Updates do not work.No documentation is mentioned regarding selecting the 3 digit chassis number used by the device or what version to select.The device works off Chassis numbers for a Mercedes Sprinter which is 17 digits long! At any time I was only asked to chose a 3 digit number plus a version.On running diagnoses I was presented with a selection of 3 digit codes to select the chassis number from as it happened one of which was 906 which correspond to 4 to 6 digits of the Chassis number. Then I was asked to choose between 2 version of diagnostics to run. As it was only diagnostics I ran both producing two errors.One of the errors was steering angle.Went to correct the steering angle device again presented with Chassis numbers 3 digits from 17 digits chose 906 again then was presented with 5 version to run. To me this was important as it was updating the.What version do I run?? Manuel gave no clues as did the device to select what version to run.Customer service did not exist.Packed up the device and returned it to Amazon.

Good usibility , live running , more acces than expected as long as you know what youre doing with it ,it wont solve all your motoring problems but sometimes can help .

First class product, does exactly what it says, I diagnosed and repaired my car problem, and I have it for any other faults which may show up in future.
